Over barren hillsides, they created a splendid landscape.devoted to Victorian ideals of beauty and knowledge, and featured plants collected on their extensive travels. The Log Cabin on this property was used by the Morrises to entertain friends. Lydia spent many hours on the porch contemplating the stream and woodlands.
