Description
Mormon Row, formerly known as the town of Grovont, was settled in the late 1890s by Mormons from the Salt Lake region. Today, it is a historic site in Grand Teton National Park where some of the original cabins, barns and other structures still stand at the base of the Tetons. The ditch is a portion of the miles of ditches built by the settlers to bring water from the Gros Ventre River to their fields.
