Description
Lakes and ponds dot the landscape in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming and are rich habitats teeming with life. Glaciers carved most of the lakes but many different processes form the ponds. This one was most likely caused by a beaver dam which is barely visible near the middle right of the image.
