Product Details

Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Artist's Description

Coral bark maple trees (Acer palmatum ‘Sango-kaku’) are Japanese maples with four seasons of interest in the landscape. In spring, its seven-lobed, simple palmate leaves open in a bright lime green or chartreuse color. As spring turns to summer, these leaves turn a deeper green. In autumn, the foliage turns hues of fiery red, bright yellow and rusty orange as seen here. But it still isn't done for as the foliage drops in fall, the tree’s bark begins to turn an attractive reddish pink, which intensifies with the cold weather, adding a touch of welcome contrasting color to a gray, snowy landscape.
