A late afternoon storm over the North Rim of the Grand Canyon was pierced by the setting sun, creating this amazing double rainbow emerging from among the remaining storm clouds. This was taken in the area of the canyon around the North Rim Lodge.

About Carolyn Derstine
Nature has always played a significant role in my life. On walks with my dad when I was a child, I was taught to notice the world around me and appreciate the wonder of nature and all of God's creation. To this day, being out in nature is balm for my soul and necessary for my well-being.
