The grand and rustic Lake Quinault Lodge is located in the heart of the Quinault Rain Forest on the south shore of Lake Quinault in Olympic National Park, Washington, USA, Built in 1926, the Lodge is a notable example of a rustic wilderness lodging suited to its woodland environment. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Nature has always played a significant role in my life. On walks with my dad when I was a child, I was taught to notice the world around me and appreciate the wonder of nature and all of God's creation. To this day, being out in nature is balm for my soul and necessary for my well-being.
