Built around 1932, Los Poblanos Inn and Organic farm is a historic inn and ranch that stretches over 25 acres northeast of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Los Poblanos Inn and Organic farm is considered to be one of the most significant historic sites in the US Southwest and is listed on the New Mexico Register and National Register of Historic Places. The property today includes a boutique inn, organic lavender fields, a farmer's market, gift shop, and farm-to-table dining, plus space for social events. Campo, the restaurant on the property, is located in the renovated dairy building and serves farm-to-table food from local farmers. This is the entrance to the restaurant with the old farm silos in the background.
Nature has always played a significant role in my life. On walks with my dad when I was a child, I was taught to notice the world around me and appreciate the wonder of nature and all of God's creation. To this day, being out in nature is balm for my soul and necessary for my well-being. When I took up photography, I suddenly had a way to express my joy in nature by preserving the wonder I see, and then being able to share it with others.
