One of the most amazing experiences we had during our visit to Glacier National Park was encountering this pair of mountain goats while hiking along the Logan Pass Trail. We had to step off the path to let them pass (10 feet from us!) as they headed to their grazing meadows lower down the mountain.

Nature has always played a significant role in my life. On walks with my dad when I was a child, I was taught to notice the world around me and appreciate the wonder of nature and all of God's creation. To this day, being out in nature is balm for my soul and necessary for my well-being.
