Description
White-lined Sphinx moths are one of several moth types that are also called Hummingbird Moth because of their similarity in size and flight patterns to a real hummingbird. When the Indian Paintbrush wildflowers are in bloom in the hill country of Texas, Hummingbird Moths can be seen darting from flower to flower, feeding on the nectar.
